Take it from experience, the owner (Wes) caters to only one niche... cheapskates with no desire to educate themselves on what a quality printing system is. Cheap labor, no official training, and he treats his employees horribly. 1) Wes Crank has the attention span of a goldfish. 2) He inserts tasks in the employee's day to day that he can then use to fire them at anytime. 3) Cheap toner, and if he still rebuilds the toners in shop, even cheaper. ....just to name a few.
