We greatly appreciate the attention to customer service offered. Jack was quick to come to our aide last time we had an issue. He made it right and checked in to make sure everything turned out okay. The ordering process is easy and our paper is always delivered well packaged.
We have been with Ford (formerly Document Solutions) many year. Calls always answered by a person - not automated, quick response times, problems solved and friendly helpful service.
We have recently replaced a large document printer, and we were able to obtain an HP-trade in rebate on the old one. The new one was promptly installed with thorough instruction and follow up. Great group of people to work with!
