Great service!
Showed up for appointment. Doors were locked. No signs posted with instructions as to entrance choice. Unlit hallway beyond locked door. Smelly office. Employee at one entrance "separated" himself, not claiming to be part of Document Solutions (he locked door after i exited.) There was no personnel to greet visitors to common lobby (used by many businesses). Exterior waiting room seems like a warehouse...stark, no decor. I decided to return (?) at another time.
