I will not renew our company contract with them. The "agreement" they put in front of us did not list all the terms and agreements there. Instead, is says to refer to other company documents not easily accessible. So, they may it very easy to parcel it out so that my miss some part of the agreement. Little did we know they changed terms and included permanent escalated costs like a "fuel surcharge" even when fuel is at its lowest.
