I called because I wanted to inquire about their ability or lack there of to do on demand personalization for business cards that I need. I live in Denver and have used other Documart locations for my printing needs during my travels. The lady who answer my call did not introduce herself and I guess because I mentioned the name of my company she assumed, without even asking why I called that I was soliciting, treated me very rudely and hang up on me. Absolutely the best company for any of your printing needs.
I have used DocuMart for many years (after going other places) and I would never use any other company for my printing needs. I LOVE DocuMart - they are absolutely the BEST!!!
Listen up, I'm about to school you a thing or two about this little place right here. DocuMart is the single greatest thing that has happened to this city since that time that dude caught a fish during a flood on State Street in the 1980s. I am so technologically handicapped, but that does not even matter because the lovely people at DocuMart (I'm looking at you, Shellie) totally helped me, despite the fact that I sent them the wrong file, I sent them a file that was waaaay too big, I sent them just a whole mess of things.
