I am leaving a five star rating because Chip Berg, in Fayetteville NC, goes above and beyond to help in any way. He always answers my calls. He is knowledgeable and very helpful on all computer issues. Please give this man a raise. Super Star employee.
Great customer service before and after the sale. Steve goes above and beyond sales to make customer feel like they are important. Eddie is always there to help and usually arrives within the hour after we place call.
Jose Lagoa Xerox's Network Technician was very helpful and informative here at The Cummins Memorial Seminary.
RecommendedDocugraphics technicians are extremely knowledgeable, exceptional qualified and truly dependable. I know they are because Jason is one of those technicians who is an expert and knowledgeable on Xerox copiers. Jason came out and got the copier printing again. If this Xerox copier breaks down again, I definitely will ask for Jason and his 5 STAR expertise. Thank you Jason!

Steve Attias and the team at Docugraphics have made printing so much easier and affordable for out practice. With lots of copies made each day, it was important to have a system that works efficiently with timely service. We have worked with them for years and still can't believe what a difference it's made! Printing used to be expensive and a hassle … thanks to Docugraphics it isn't any longer! Thanks for saving us time & money and making printing, scanning & faxing so easy!

Great service anytime you need it. Eddie is always there to help with any problems we may have!! Steve was great with the install of our new machine and even arranged to have new wires run so that it could be right where we wanted it in the office.
We recently had an issue with the paper feed on our printer. We called in for service and Eddie was at our house that day! The printer was repaired and fully serviced in a very timely manner! It was so nice working with Steve Attias and Eddie. The communication and team approach made this a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this team from Docugraphics!
