Last summer the motor for my slides stopped working. Valentin told me that he could install a new motor that would be expensive, or he could install a rebuilt motor as well, for a much lower price and assured me that he would give a warrantee to be sure that everything worked properly with the rebuilt unit. He looked at my trailer when I wasn't even there. Got the motor working, and discovered that it only needed some servicing. So he charged me a minimal amount for travel time and labor. I had troubles with my slide not working called to have Doctor RV to come fix. He was able to explain how to fix it to me over the phone very knowledgeable! Definitely top notch service!

I was having a small electrical issue with my motorhome when I contacted this company one evening last week from a campground. He ran me through a couple steps that took care of the problem immediately. He could have easily charged me to come out or at least billed me for his time on the telephone but he did not.
