I never thought I could lose weight due to my thyroid disease, but here I am 47 pounds lighter! I have pain on a daily basis and I suffer from depression. The only thing that gave me comfort was eating. My very first two days of being on the food and snacks from DWLC, I lost three pounds. That motivated me and the need to eat was replaced with determination to lose weight and feel healthy. I feel so much better! I have the tools I need to keep the weight off!
