I do NOT recommend going here. I had a terrible experience, doctor barely listened to what I had to say. Waited 25 minutes for the doctor just for him to walk in, sit down, and start writing a prescription within not even 30 seconds of conversation, pushes me out the door and prescribes me the wrong meds!! He didn’t even tell me what the prescription was and didn’t even hear what my condition was and wrote something that wouldn’t have worked for me to begin with. Please don't go there, if you came to know the attending doctor is Dr. HART. He is very rude and unprofessional. He is not listening the patients problems and keen in sending them fast. He didn't even talk to me for 1 minute and scribbled some drug which didn't cured my pain. Then I lost my hope in this walkin clinic and went to Victoria Hospital Emergency care and got the relevent help from the Kind Doctors. I had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit. When I first approached the front desk, the staff member named Safae did not greet me at all – she only asked for my health card and went about her business. I let it slide at first, but what followed was far worse. seeing the doctor, I was told I needed to interrupt Safae to complete the process. Call ahead, they change their hours on a whim. I’ve visited twice after checking hours on google and found out they are closed.
I am writing to express my concerns regarding a recent visit to your clinic. Unfortunately, my experience with the attending doctor was disappointing and unprofessional. The doctor appeared more like a security guard than a medical professional, and I found his manner of communication with patients to be quite disrespectful. He lacked basic courtesy and seemed unsure about the medications he was prescribing.
