I went with my wife to see Dr. Hart because she was experiencing an anxiety crisis and also had high blood pressure. I do NOT recommend going here. I had a terrible experience, doctor barely listened to what I had to say. Waited 25 minutes for the doctor just for him to walk in, sit down, and start writing a prescription within not even 30 seconds of conversation, pushes me out the door and prescribes me the wrong meds!! He didn’t even tell me what the prescription was and didn’t even hear what my condition was and wrote something that wouldn’t have worked for me to begin with. Please don't go there, if you came to know the attending doctor is Dr. HART. He is very rude and unprofessional. He is not listening the patients problems and keen in sending them fast. He didn't even talk to me for 1 minute and scribbled some drug which didn't cured my pain. Then I lost my hope in this walkin clinic and went to Victoria Hospital Emergency care and got the relevent help from the Kind Doctors. I had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit. When I first approached the front desk, the staff member named Safae did not greet me at all – she only asked for my health card and went about her business. I let it slide at first, but what followed was far worse. seeing the doctor, I was told I needed to interrupt Safae to complete the process.
