Dr. Dawn Dunford has been my neuro-opthamologist for 10 years now, since I acquired a TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) on June 22, 2012, and has been great at corresponding and communicating with MPI, who cover all of my vision care costs. This was after seeing her as my optimitrist for about 17 years.

Over the course of several weeks, I've gone to a number of appointments regarding contacts, as it was my first time trying them. There were a few incidents of lack of communication and miscommunication between reception and I, which caused a lot of stress and frustration on me. After writing a long and bad review (now deleted), I was going to switch to another eye place when they called me.
