They are great..treat u with respect..are very helpful..once purchase glasses u can take back in for repairs n adjustment for free☺
The staff was very friendly and our eye exams were tested with quality technology. I especially appreciated Tiffany for she was due to leave the office and yet stayed to help me with purchasing eyeglasses. She was very helpful, took her time, and made me feel very comfortable!
Had an excellent experience when I came upon a sales event. The wonderful staff made me aware by phone/email that my annual exam was due & that vendors with hundreds of frames would be present. The 40% off made it all even better. I came in as a walk-in, was graciously escorted quickly for an exam then was assisted by many to pick a frame. I was overwhelmed by the helpfulness & service. And, of course, I look cute in my new glasses. I must add that I was impressed with the chairside manor of the physician.
