Such a pleasant experience! I felt truly cared for, from my initial check-in all the way to the final payment. The technician Sabrina and Dr. Meredith Teece are especially amazing--Sabrina took the time to explain why she needed information, patiently asked many questions for intake (as opposed to having me fill out the typical dozen pages of forms at other offices), and was so cheerful throughout all the various tests and room changes it made it actually fun! I can not say enough good things about the Leland Doctor's Vision Center! I have a large family.....getting appointments set up can be quite worrisome. From the setting of the appointments, to the FANTASTIC care we received from the doctor and staff,,,,,,,it was a super smooth and effortless process. (And did I mention we have a LARGE family!??! :) Smooth and effortless is few and far between!) Thanks so much to the team at the Leland office. You are so very much appreciated!
I recently stopped in to the Leland office of Doctors Vision Center to check appointment availability & office visit price; as I was having a problem with pain/pressure in right eye. They were able to work me in that day within 30 minutes. Turned out, it was an eye infection that required a prescription. I went next door to the drug store to have it filled, but could not afford it. I recently lost my job & insurance so it was beyond my ability to pay. I just recently moved here to Leland NC, about 7 weeks ago, When my eye condition (iritis) needed to be look at. Made an appointment at Doctor's Vision. I was greeted with more than exceptional professionalism from the start. Dr. Eric Bryant is not only an outstanding eye doctor, but he has family values along with the personality you hardly find these days. Anyone with any eye condition should make this office their primary vision facility.
