They acted like they accepted my insurance until I got there and to my surprise it was not accepted. You had over a week to call me but nothing, if I had received a call saying a visit would be out of network I would have still went and I almost did, but once I thought about it no thanks, should have called... I was going to throw down probably 700 to a G on glasses, guess you missed out on that one.

Love everything about the facility. A fabulous mixture of professionalism and family. Dr. Turrisi when I felt as if I were painfully going blind. I felt silly only because I should have come to see her much sooner. After that hurdle the staff consistantly pleased to assist clients each time o was on the phone or in the office. I was cleared for contacts and glasses and Ms. Amy W. went out of her way to make sure I got the pair I felt was best for me. Thank You! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Amy and Chelsey were such great helps in breaking down what everything on my prescription meant. They are both very professional workers and i'll definitely be coming to 20/20 Vision Center again.
