Exceptional service, fantastic choices of glasses!! Very clean office & professional people made the experience excellent!! Jasmine was especially helpful getting me savings on my glasses!!!
We purchased the insurance on both my glasses and my 6-year-old’s. A few months ago, I did a replacement on mine — it was fast, easy, and there was zero hassle. When the new pair came in, I went in and swapped them out. Simple. Today, I called to replace my daughter’s glasses because her lenses are completely scratched. From walking into the store the employees are welcoming. Front desk was and is very courteous moving on to the pretest the gentleman I had was GREAT. Straight to the point and I prefer that. Next was the doctor and he was very professional and friendly. All in all another great visit. Thank and I'll see ya next year.
Purchased a pair of glasses two years ago. The lens kept slipping out and the store just kept tightening it. I asked if there was another option but was brushed off. Came back 2 months later., brushed off again. Waited till almost two years later and no empathy. Just a " so you want to buy new glasses? Wasn't trying to get anything free and once again felt brushed off. APPALLED at the lack of customer service
