Don't know what happened here. Have a sore throat and all of a sudden they said I have a co pay. Haven't had co pay in years. Was medicare used as primary insurance? Left and went elsewhere. What happened to the great service? Always pleasant people. Always help me. Would highly recommend.
That PA Gina is a breathe of fresh air! I came in unwell and she was so thorough and made me brand new again! I don’t think I will ever go to a different urgent care. I will be going there every time I’m in need! Also she was very sweet, kind and patient with me.
WORST URGENT CARE SERVICE EVER! DR GINA CHIPPI is the worst and she is so rude and disrespectful! I've never in my life been talked to or treated that way at a place of "care". Nobody goes to the dr's to be spoken to like their stupid and made to seem like we are wasting her precious time. I have already filed a complaint and I hope she gets fired. I'm literally in disbelief at how she acted and spoke to me. Unbelieveable. Wouldn't recommend this place to anybody.
