I am writing on behalf of my husband. Please be careful you will be charged what you did not agree to or sign for. I can't understand why doctors are claiming they did a procedure without the insurance being contacted and they've the gotten the go ahead. Please you are being warned this is not a credible business. Dishonest. This is a doctor's office that should be showing empathy instead they try to get money from people who are already hurting.
