Dr Daphene Connor was extremely unprofessional and insensitive during my mother’s appointment. Instead of showing empathy and care, she made dismissive and inappropriate comments that left my mother feeling humiliated and distressed. At one point, she jokingly suggested that my mother’s “brain was going crazy,” which was completely unacceptable and deeply upsetting. Changing my review because Chloe is rude and hung up on me when I was feeling suicidal. Then the “practise manager” told me I was yelling at her and that she was having a bad day and refused to hear my complaint. Disgusting behaviour and service round.
I emailed the reception as a last resort in aid of a potentially serious life problem. I won't disclose anything else as what happened hours later is an example of a doctor who lives up to a high ethical standard. If you need an excellent doctor in your life. Dr Tran has saved my life from falling apart. I will forever be in his debt. I wish I could make an appointment just to personally thank him and the amazing reception team. Dr Jim Tran is absolutely fantastic.
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Daphene Connor at Doctors Teneriffe. She was kind, calm, and very professional. I felt truly comfortable during the appointment, and she took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. I also want to make a special mention of the lovely receptionist—she was incredibly kind and welcoming. Thank you both for such great care!
