Dr Jim Tran is absolutely fantastic.
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Daphene Connor at Doctors Teneriffe. She was kind, calm, and very professional. I felt truly comfortable during the appointment, and she took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. I also want to make a special mention of the lovely receptionist—she was incredibly kind and welcoming. Thank you both for such great care!

I am disappointed with the level of professionalism at this clinic, particularly from the receptionist, Reece. On multiple occasions, her behavior has been rude and passive-aggressive, which is unacceptable in a healthcare setting. If the staff cannot handle their responsibilities politely, especially during early hours, perhaps the clinic should reconsider opening at 7:00 a.m. Starting later might allow the team to be more prepared and professional when interacting with patients.
