This clinic has some genuinely good people working here but their administrative processes and communication needs a lot of work. There's been multiple instances of miscommunication between admin and medical staff, with blame being attributed elsewhere rather than accountability being taken. Another classic mix-up happened today for the 6 week check up and immunisations for my newborn. Checked in via their automated system because the reception admin staff were on calls and busy.
