My husband has been here twice and we’ve waited in a waiting room for 3+ hours before being seen while watching others walk right in. We had an appointment at 3:30 and the receptionist said there was 5 people ahead of him and he’s been waiting for 4 hours now. I don’t know what’s going on with this place, but I’m a nurse and there is NO REASON a patient should be kept waiting that long. My family has used Dr. Hariklia Alexatos-Wilk as our primary care doctor since we moved to Kentucky in the early 90s. She has taken good care of all of us. You will have a long wait anytime you see her, but once she is in the room with you, you will have her full attention for as long as you need. The nurse practitioners are good also, as is the office staff.
