1.5 hour waits for appointments they call you in for. Leaves old ladies waiting in freezing cold because the front door is locked. Judgy doctors. AVOID!!!

Moving from interstate, I was looking to book an appointment with a new GP. Brecken Health in Bunbury need to give the reception staff here a lesson on how to be friendly. The frostiest, unfriendly reception staff I have ever spoken to on the phone, at a doctors surgery. I actually called back to cancel and make an appointment elsewhere. Much more pleasant conversation...
