This is an exceptional clinic. I've seen both Dr Erin and Dr Kyal, and they are genuinely two of the best GPs I've encountered — incredibly kind, thorough and caring. The practice nurse is equally wonderful — so warm, friendly and reassuring — and the reception staff are always an absolute delight to deal with. Even the waiting room has a lovely, calming atmosphere. I almost don't want to share this review because I'd quite like to keep Melbourne's best medical clinic a secret! I saw Dr Willems and she was so good! Really knowledgeable, kind and you can tell she has a real passion for dermatology. She’s an excellent communicator, wrote things down for me and everything was clear and comfortable. The waiting area is nice, I appreciate the softer lights, sound proofing and furnishings giving a soft and welcoming feel. And the receptionist J was friendly, cheerful and helpful. Great job DoN! 💪
