I think this clinic is great. The two Doctors I have seen there have been caring and thorough, the nurse is absolutely amazing and the reception staff are always welcoming and helpful.
Dr Kyal was extremely empathetic, yet professional and knowledgeable from the get go. Helped me with all of my questions and concerns.
After moving to Melbourne I really struggled to find a GP that felt right for me. After my first appointment with Dr Kyal I knew that I had found the perfect GP for me and my needs. Such an incredibly kind, supportive, personable and understanding doctor who is so compassionate and professional. Truly the best GP I have ever seen. Receptionist staff are also incredibly lovely at every interaction. Amazing practise.
Have been going here for years now and always had a positive experience with all Doctors. A special mention to Nabil who is diligent and caring to his patients, he has been a great help.
Dr Erin Bateman is amazing but unfortunately I will no longer go to this practice because the receptionist is the rudest man who lived. Talks over you, patronises patients and literally argues about what he says. The worst. What a shame because the doctors are great but their support staff are letting them down.
