David misdiagnosed me and as a result I was given the wrong medication and had to suffer through my illness for another 3 weeks. I had a painful ear so went to see him and he said I have a mid ear infection and he gave me antibiotic tablets. I took them for two weeks and no improvement. Went back to same doctor and all he done was given me another prescription for more antibiotics. After 3 weeks I realised that I need to get a second opinion. The male receptionist is horrible to speak to! He’s no help at all, and his phone manner sucks; his tone is flat the whole time speaking to him, and he sounds like he doesn’t want to be there and has better things to do. My doctor, Jessica Pau is amazing she actually listens to me and gives me great advice and knows her shit but it’s very hard to see her; she’s the only reason I come to this place. Dr Shahram Kardooni is also a good doctor if you can’t get in to see Jessica. 5 for doctors, 1 for reception.
My family have been patients at this practice for approximately 10 years. Dr Jess, the owner of the practice is lovely, but unfortunately heavily booked and difficult to see. Today I had the most unprofessional (and last ever) experience there. I had taken my 16yr to get a referral. We were booked in with Dr Shahram Kardoomi whom I was not familiar with.
