My partner has been a patient at this surgery a couple of times. The doctor she had an appointment with was running over and hour behind schedule. When my partner was finally seen, her medical concerns were dismissed and she was told she could only raise one matter per appointment despite her concerns being related. She was essentially treated with the equivalent of medical victim blaming. Terrible practice!
I called and asked to make a booking to see a doctor for a new patient, we just moved here from nsw, the lady said the doctor don't take new patient. I don't think is right. I rather go in and request to speak the manager rather than speak the receptionist. Really disappointing.
No new patients allowed
I am extremely happy with all services and wont go any where else
I went in for an appointment on Monday afternoon and I waited 40 minutes for the doctor to get to me. When I called the next day about something for them to do they were disorganised and had no idea what I was talking about. Still 5 days later I don’t have what I needed from them. The practice is lazy and not professional at all.
