Dr. Osama Jamil is one of the worst doctors I've ever seen. I visited him on Saturday and told him my son had a high fever, was holding his right ear, and crying. After examining him, he told me he had a lot of wax in his ear and that the wax was causing the fever and pain. How ridiculous! Does wax cause fever and pain? It's awful that a three-year-old child was misdiagnosed by a doctor. I went to another doctor who told me my son had an ear infection and prescribed medication. For me , I am very satisfied with the reception staff and very satisfied with Dr. Sayed Hassan. As for waiting, This is what most doctors do in their clinics., and the reason is frankly due to the patients, as most of them do not come at the appointed time.
Great and friendly receptionist always willing to help patients aswell as friendly and understanding doctors who goes above and beyond to help. I’ve been going to Dr Sayed Hassan for over 17 years and I highly recommend him to everyone
