For me , I am very satisfied with the reception staff and very satisfied with Dr. Sayed Hassan. As for waiting, This is what most doctors do in their clinics., and the reason is frankly due to the patients, as most of them do not come at the appointed time.
Great and friendly receptionist always willing to help patients aswell as friendly and understanding doctors who goes above and beyond to help. I’ve been going to Dr Sayed Hassan for over 17 years and I highly recommend him to everyone
Dr. Randa or the woman, I'm not sure of her name, more than once does not examine or look at the patient's face for reasons I don't know, and gives medicine 💊 that is not good and does not help in recovery. I ask Dr. Sayed Hassan to reconsider her or draw her attention to her actions towards the patient ..
