First time using this facility and I am extremely happy with my entire experience. If I ever need an urgent care clinic again, here in Watsonville, I wouldn't go anywhere else. I walked in without an appointment late on a Friday. They kept me informed about the wait time. They let me leave and wait for them to call me when it was my turn, which was actually less time than they estimated (I've never had an urgent care clinic do that. They usually just make you wait). Recently went to get my COVID vaccines at your Watsonville office since my doctors office didn’t provide the vaccines I am comfortable with I drove 45 min to your office and I do not regret this trip one bit.The receptionist by the name of Belen was so sweet and helpful she went out of her way to help me with all my questions I had even though the office was very busy .Our wait was not long besides office being busy we were seen fairly quick medical assistant Gloria was wonderful very professional and very quick she made us ... read more

Falta de seriedad, una actitud nada profesional, muy irresponsables dando el presupuesto y después facturando adicionales no contemplados en lo acordado originalmente, solo perdimos el tiempo. Deberian cambiar el nombre, "Doctors on Duty" no les va bien, mejor sería "Merchants on Duty".
