Thinking back on my past experience, I feel compelled to note a point of bother. Fairly good experience while I was attending - the issue came when there was an error with applying my mental health plan. It was a clerical mixup - a little bit of me, a little bit of them - and Bernadette was at first very helpful in following this up with Medicare, explaining to me that this particular error could only be corrected by them, not me. Dr Enright charged me $107 * (edited as typo was previously $170) for a 4 minute (yes, I have the time on my phone) phone call to update a referral to a midwife as I was pregnant, p.s. it was a private midwife that I sourced. When I called reception to ask why it was so expensive, they said in his notes he had put it down as a standard. 15 ** or 20 minute telehealth. Never went back.

Dr Charteris is fantastic. Really takes the time to listen and provides very comprehensive care.

The best doctors in Balmain – seamless booking process and very caring doctors. Reception staff are also very helpful. Even though I have moved to country, NSW, I still use Doctors on Darling. Dr Lunn, Dr Falvey and Dr Oakley have all been amazing, in my experience.
