Great service with an easy check in process, staff are friendly and plenty of parking near the clinic. I've been here a few times now with my go to doctor Sanil Nair who provides a friendly easy going consultation and always willing to listen to any concerns and never feel rushed when I visit.
I specifically requested to see a gp that could prescribe my current medication and the receptionist booked me with someone that didn't have the training to prescribe it, was late to the appointment, and when they finally called me in, saw me for 2 minutes, only to explain that they couldn't do the one thing I needed to see them for. When sent out to the receptionist to ask if any of the gp's in the building could prescribe my medication, they booked me in with someone who could. Dr Sanil Nair is a fantastic doctor. I have been suffering with chronic migraines for almost 10 years now, and today was the first time I have had a doctor take the proper time to listen to my needs, provide some really helpful and easy-to-implement tips, and not feel like they were trying to rush me off the phone. Their service was very poor. The doctor only gave me 10 minutes. When I said I had another problem, he told me that my time was up and that I would come back next time. I only check one problem per time. I gave him zero number
