The only thing I am disappointed with is the way the reception staff treat their clients. If I arrive 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment, I often end up waiting another 20–30 minutes past my actual appointment time. However, if I am running just two minutes late, I am treated as though I have committed a serious crime. I’ve been multiple times now and have already had a friendly, informative and hygienic doctor. Very easy to get an appointment and always a positive experience
Visited Dr Manjiri for the first time. Had visited her to discuss skin concerns. The appointment didnt even last for 5 minutes. She did not seem interested in speaking to me about my concerns or symptoms. Just told me to visit W cosmetics and ask them to provide suggestions. Really disappointing. If the doctor is not interested in taking new patients, you should deny the appointment. It was a waste of time and money.
