Positive vibes, friendly staff, will recommend to anyone looking for a dr that simplifies your consult so you feel involved and understood, and be able to understand whats happening to you clinically withoit feeling like a number.
Polite receptionist who is constantly apologising for later running and ok waiting area but they are always running 20-40 mins behind. My appointment today was 50 mins late, made worse by a rep being pushed in Infront of me then a patient with a young child. We are have busy lives but you shouldn't have to leave a 1.5 hr slot for your 12 minute appointment.
