I was a patient at this clinic for over five years. When my regular GP returned from holidays, instead of supporting me through a vulnerable period, he abruptly ceased my mental-health care over a chronic physical condition that has never impacted my health or treatment in my entire life. This sudden withdrawal of care left me without essential medication and placed me in a severely vulnerable position. Unfortunately the service here is poor, apart from the receptionists... they were so lovely and deserve to work somewhere better. The doctor couple who own the practice seem to have some 'good days', but mostly bad days. The Wajeeha lady is insufferable and I am praying that she stops living in a sour mood... I don't know what's going on in her personal life but she'd be better off keeping her negative energy to herself instead of making those around her dislike her, as I see my review is unfortunately not the only one of it... read more
