I was a bit hesitant to book an appointment because of the bad reviews, but I actually had a positive experience. The receptionist was friendly and helpful when I called to book. My appointment was delayed by 30 minutes, but I received a phone call 15 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment time to advise me of that. Dr Pillai was friendly, attentive and thorough. This is a very underrated clinic. The doctors there have many years of GP experience and has seen it all. Don't let the interiors distract you. The quality of medical care is pretty good!
please avoid !!!!! the Indian lady at reception is the worst person i have dealt with in my life not to mention this is a medical center.
Please cancel my 5pm appointment for today. I tried calling twice. You hung up on me after my first 8 minute hold, then I waited for 20 minutes on hold again after that. I was trying to cancel. And there's no email address to use instead.
