I’ve been a patient at this GP clinic for over 10 years, and the care has always been excellent. The doctors are knowledgeable, attentive, and take the time to listen, providing thoughtful and personalised care. The reception and nursing staff are consistently warm and efficient, making every visit smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find such a high and consistent standard of service, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this clinic to others.
The clinic never answers their phone when they are meant to be open at 9am. Very unprofessional.
the worst! stitched up my finger with glass still in it, told me it was fine when it actually had tendon damage and didnt refer me to any scans till i went back and made it clear it wasnt okay. do not go here.
I was a bit hesitant to book an appointment because of the bad reviews, but I actually had a positive experience. The receptionist was friendly and helpful when I called to book. My appointment was delayed by 30 minutes, but I received a phone call 15 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment time to advise me of that. Dr Pillai was friendly, attentive and thorough.
