please avoid !!!!! the Indian lady at reception is the worst person i have dealt with in my life not to mention this is a medical center.
Please cancel my 5pm appointment for today. I tried calling twice. You hung up on me after my first 8 minute hold, then I waited for 20 minutes on hold again after that. I was trying to cancel. And there's no email address to use instead.
Dr Pillai is always friendly and gives great words of wisdom and advice.
Incompetent and unprofessional. The way they have treated a family member and not properly cooperated with external professions is unbelievable. Shut this place down
