My daughter was advised to go to open clinic because no drs. were available on Friday, So what is the purpose of having a dr. if you are told to go to open clinic? On another occasion, No open clinic on the weekend for office patients, my dr doesn’t receive patients on Monday, wanted to see the Dr on Tuesday but she is fully booked so I could only see her on Wednesday. Instead, went to an open clinic on Monday and had to wait 2 hr. Does this seem reasonable ? Maybe I should plan to get sick on the days my Dr.is available…
the staff simply do not answer the phone, showing lack of care for client health/wellbeing. Additionally, all staff go on lunch break at the same time for about an hour or an hour and a half. I have been trying to get in touch as I have been in immense on and off pain for months, however it seems I should wait until it gets worse and then go to the emergency room instead.
Writing on behalf of someone unable to write their own. Have been going to this “healthcare” place for more than a decade, they are told that they can only ask a certain number of questions and are given grief for “wasting time” or taking “too much time”. They pack the schedule so tight just to give a sub standard level of care. Truly despicable for “healthcare professionals”, too greedy to actually care for patients.
