its okay not the best
Receptionists are neither responsive nor helpful. Phone is frequently not answered. For minor administrative issues I have to go in person as they don't get resolved over the phone.
My mother , father , and I were Dr Gelkopf’s first patients. He has treated my family with nothing but respect, and professionalism. Like any business that grows, adjustments have to be made. This office shows the changes and they are all positive. If you have gone to see them for as long as I have you can understand how they have adjusted. All the doctors are caring, compassionate, and try there hardest to help. Office administrator also try their best. They have administrators in the front and back for each doctor.
