Katie is fantastic! I broke my elbow a couple of months ago and hadn’t been able to get it straight. Within 2 weeks my arm was already becoming less stiff and mobility was increasing. Definitely recommend! I also did not feel like they were purposely keeping me longer than I actually needed to be.
I have experienced debilitating back pain for roughly 6.5 years. The physical therapist here named Katie has genuinely changed my life. I am now able to clean my home, go on walks, stand for longer periods of time, and do many other ”mundane” activities that I was previously unable to do without intense, constant pain. I started seeing Katie Bains for pinched nerve in my neck & tingling/burning/numbing sensation down into my hand. Pain level was a 10!! Had X-ray, MRI and EMG done. Now after Katie working on me & giving me the tools & exercises to do on my own, pain is finally gone and I can confidently say it’s at a 0!! Amazing! She has helped me recover & avoid any potential surgeries. I HIGHLY recommend Katie Bains to be your Physical Therapist! Best outcome/choice ever! Katie has been amazing with my care and has allowed me to continue working with diminished pain from my pinched nerve. Shes provided me with exercises to do at home so I can maintain everything on my own! The one on one care and early availability has allowed me get the care I need without missing any work too!
Have been here multiple times and they do a phenomenal job. Them being able to work one on one with you makes a huge difference compared other PT offices in the area!
