Strongly recommend Erin and her team. Coming from the father of two D.P.T’s, you can be assured you will be in good hands. Erin was able to resolve a worrisome issue that could have prevented a planned hike in Hawaii. And despite other’s potential fears (not mine :) ) about dry needling, I can confidently say dry needling allowed faster training engagement with the problem areas. Targeted date goals were accomplished two weeks before my trip. Plan to engage with your own health and Erin will guide you to getting better.
Erin diagnosed the causes of my pain and quickly put a plan in place to strengthen areas of weakness. She also put a stretching routine in place for me that is consistent and effective. My heel pain went away almost immediately. She laddered up resistance and weights so that I could strengthen my hips. She was professional and friendly and a pleasure to work with. I was confident in her expertise. I would strongly recommend Erin at Doctors of Physical Therapy in Carol Stream.
This location is the best! Danielle and Erin are amazing physical therapists who listen, adjust the plan as needed and work with their patients. The PT assistants (Pattie, Cory and Eric) have all been so kind and helpful in my recovery. 10/10 would recommend.
