Allison Dirks is a fantastic physical therapist! Last year she helped me immensely with my torn rotator cuff. It took a while but it feels all better now! My low back went "out" (spasm) and I could hardly move/walk for a week. Found out due to bulging discs and narrowing in the spine. Just finished another round of therapy with Allison and it is so much better now! The dry needling she is certified to do really helps in my opinion and she is extremely knowledgeable and knows how to heal you!
I have used this Dr of Physical Therapy location in the past and was more than happy. Unfortunately, this operation’s administrative performance has slipped terribly … Needing PT and armed with a 6 week, 3 times per week work order (prescription) with Terrific Insurance, I called on 2 separate occasions to set up some appointments… on each call I was promised a return call after I was told they were too busy at the moment. Excellent therapist. Melissa workeded to give me a program for recovery. Worked in areas and helped me see what I needed for full recovery . Very enjoyable experience.
