Brian and his team are a great group to work with! Knowledgeable, friendly and pleasant! I think I have improved my movement significantly and had a good time while doing it. They understood what I needed to fix and how to make it happen. Workouts got progressively harder, but they were always helping me improve. I walk better with no pain, sleep better and now get over 5,000 steps almost everyday and I'm aiming for 10,000 steps at least a few times a week. Thanks to the team for all their help
