I had a great experience with Tasha and her team. Very friendly and caring.
Grace and Caesar did a great job helping me improve my lower back pain. Grace clearly explained how the exercises would strengthen deeper muscles and improve the disc compression. The dry needling was also highly effective for improving inflammation. Highly recommend!!

Highly recommend this place if you’re in need of treatment. Dr. Grace and Dr.Tasha are both lovely therapist who are dedicated to helping any injury! I went in with foot pain and balance issues and finished feeling like a gymnast ready for a balance beam. Thank you to Roxy, Grace, Tasha, Cesar, Jennette and everyone who helped!
