Wonderful experience! Dr Rosensweig is amazing!! So thorough and professional. Alice was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. I recommend this location for your eye care needs.

I almost left this place without purchasing glasses. When I arrived I was told that the insurance website was down. I wasn’t going to use my insurance but this very rude and condescending female at the check in desk appears to have no customer service etiquette. The eye exam was fine but the technicians helping me order contacts were distracted and entered the incorrect power for one eye. I mentioned it and it was corrected, but I noticed once I got home that my receipt still had the incorrect power noted. I called to confirm the correct lenses were ordered, and I was assured it was correct. My lenses arrived today and one is incorrect.
Doctors are very thorough.
