Dr Prewitt is wonderful…really takes her time to make sure my prescription is RIGHT! What a caring and experienced optometrist! And Lucianna is always so friendly and efficient with pre-testing. I’ve changed insurance which means LensCrafters is out of network, but it’s still very reasonable and well worth it (my in-network exam yielded a bad prescription update, so I went back to Dr P)!
The doctor and staff very friendly and attentive
I had an excellent experience during my recent visit. Dr. Darci took the time to thoroughly explain everything to my wife and me, including reviewing the images that were taken and ensuring we understood the results clearly. We ultimately purchased two pairs of glasses, and Felicia was also very helpful throughout the process. This level of professionalism and customer care is why I continue to choose LensCrafters for my eyewear needs, as I consistently have positive experiences with their team.
