Excellent care and professional and friendly service.
Outstanding customer service from the moment I walked into LensCrafters! From my eye exam to choosing and ordering my new frames, the entire experience was smooth and enjoyable. The staff was welcoming, professional, and extremely helpful. I left feeling great about my purchase and will definitely be back. Big Shoutout to Amya. Highly recommend!

The store was open at 9 a.m. sharp, and I was immediately greeted by an enthusiastic young woman. Turns out she was also the med. tech for my eye exam, and she was terrific. As was the optometrist. The selection process for the glasses took far longer than expected, hence the 3 stars. The sales staff was very nice, but the process took over an hour.
