Dr Lograsso is incredibly experienced and provides the best service. I always leave feeling confident and taken care of. Will follow him everywhere he goes
Dr. Elizbeth Yates was fantastic. She was very comforting and walk me through all the exercises so I fully comprehended what she was looking for. She discussed sunglass and reading prescriptions and the difference it would make to wear these glasses at the suggested times. She explained my stigmatism and warned me that I was beginning to get cataracts. She did stress that Lens Crafters now had the ability to perform cataract surgery. She discussed options via Medicare. I normally get very anxious about eye exams, but I had such a wonderful experience here. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They made me feel comfortable right away. The doctor was also very kind, personable, and took the time to make the entire appointment a positive experience. I truly appreciated how at ease everyone made me feel. This was by far the best eye exam experience I’ve had, and I will definitely continue coming back. Highly recommend!
Well handled, got great results about my eye at the end, of the exam.
