A long time customer who due to the service that I received on my last visit is not likely to return as a customer rudeness delay in actually seeing a doctor for almost an hour after my scheduled appointment time and lack of concern to getting my out quickly after seeing the doctor and not giving me the prescription before I left. It was a disaster on many levels and I will be considering going to another place in the future where they have more respect and consideration for their customers
I had another great appointment with Dr. Inouye. He was friendly, efficient and really took the time to explain everything clearly. The exam felt thorough without being rushed, and I appreciated how comfortable he made the whole process. His staff was also welcoming and organized, which made the visit even smoother. I left feeling confident about my eye health and happy to have an eye doctor I can trust.
Excellent service as always
There was no waiting. Dr Chen was fantastic in explaining everything step by step and the anatomy of my sons eye to him in laymens terms. The staff were very knowledgeable of our vision plan and assisting my son with choosing the correct frames for his face.
