I had a very pleasant experience as always at lens crafters inside the Poughkeepsie galleria mall. My eye doctor is such a nice and down to earth guy with a great sense of humor and the tech who helped me with sizing and measurements on the glasses and frames seemed very determined to make sure that my glasses came out the way that I would like them too. Dr. Inouye was excellent! Will definitely schedule with him again next time.
Dr. Inouye here is great. Super kind and calming and good at his job. The woman who helped me buy glasses was also very helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. I unfortunately can't remember her name! But I highly recommend this location, and I will definitely go back again when I need another pair of glasses or sunglasses, or to update my prescription.
Employees are great. Doctor is really patient and understanding.
