Thank you to the staff, and Dr. For a pleasant and comfortable exam appt. Was treated in the most respectful and friendliest way, more than any other Optometrist center I've been to over the years. I would definitely recommend LensCrafters location near Oakland Mall, Troy, Michigan, to anyone looking to purchase glasses and meet with the doctor for an exam. Doctor thoroughly explained the results, and answered the several questions I had for him, with his caring and pleasant personality.
10 out of 10 from the eye exam to selecting and purchasing glasses. DR. Michael was excellent. Very kind, complimentary, and knowledgeable. Also, I definitely appreciate and appreciated Brittany. Brittany was pleasant, friendly, understanding, and truly patient. I can be a bit overwhelmed with so many options, and Brittany took the time to help me find my perfect pair of glasses. The exam was very well laid out. Didn’t use the typical verbiage one often hears which was a relief. The doc was very personable. The ladies that helped me were also very awesome.
Doctor was amazing. The staff was a little pushy/rushing me but the drs attitude and caring nature made up for it!
