My eye appointment was scheduled quickly. The staff upon arrival was friendly, helpful in selecting frames and polite. The service I received was exceptional. I have not received my new eye glasses as of yet, however, I am very pleased with the service I received. Thank you!!
LensCrafters Oakland Mall is a great place to get an eye exam and get new glasses * -- the doctor was patient and thorough , and the eye exam lady was patient and kind too , plus the frame set up lady was very nice and knowledgeable. She even gave me a good discount, I got 200 dollars off the regular price , I was very satisfied !!
