Very Friendly.
Not many optometrist are open on Sundays..or holidays. That is one selling point. The staff at the Hamburg location is excellent, they will take time to help you get examined, fitted, and on your way. The amount of attention that is given to every single customer is impressive. Perhaps the strongest selling point that goes overlooked is Hannah and her ability to handle children. She can put a nervous child at ease, and march them through the process.
