Took them 2 weeks to get my glasses ready, which wouldn’t have been a problem if they also have the trials contact lenses available, but they don’t. Went in on a Saturday (8/9/25), for the glasses and contacts check, after which they said they have to order my trials prescription because they don’t have it available.
