The office location is great, unfortunately, the service is lousy. I complained that my new eyeglasses, which were fitted in early August, did not address my experience of glaring lights and double vision. Obviously, I was not happy. However, I was not offered the Lenscrafter's promise of "100% satisfaction with our 30-day happiness guarantee." Instead, I was told to have an updated prism feature for my eyeglasses with a new charge. Where is the promise, Lenscrafter?
