My eye exam with Dr. Richard Torrez was GREAT!!! Then, I ordered glasses and was told that they would not be in until August 31. Next, I drove home. Less than an hour after placing my order, (and due to unforeseen circumstances), I called Lens Crafters to cancel my order. I was told that I could NOT CANCEL! As soon as they send the order in my glasses were being made. REALLY??? If that were the case, shouldn’t I have my glasses within one or two days? Hum!!! Dr Vigil at Lenscrafters in Albuquerque gave a very thorough eye exam. He is very Knowledgeable and went the extra mile to explain my exam and my eye Health.
