The staff and Dr's there are the best I've ever had. Moritza was super helpful and made a long process easier as well. The actual doctor was above being helpful as well. I would guarantee anyone reading this go there for glasses and a thorough eye exam.
Rain was awesome! Very Knowledgeable, helpful, and great customer service skills! 10/10 will be buying all my frames from Burr Ridge lens crafters! Large selection of designer frames for a reasonable price! My eye doctor was also very Kind and she did a very thorough job! Highly recommended!
Salesperson Erriann was outstanding! Very knowledgeable, kind & accommodating. She was very good about explaining options so we could make the best decisions possible. Dr. Ali also very knowledgeable & took time to answer all our questions.
Great experience from start to finish! Everyone was super friendly and helpful, and they made the whole process easy. The optometrist took their time and used several different trial lenses to really dial in my prescription until it felt perfect. I've never had an eye exam that thorough before. You can tell they genuinely care about making sure you leave seeing your best. Great location!!
