I am very disappointed at the treatment I’ve received at this place. I was a patient of Dr. Edwards for a while and he was a very good doctor. I just flew in from out of the states to get my annual checkup done, had an appointment for 3:30 PM, which was perfectly coordinated with another appointment I had earlier. They called me to tell me that my appointment was for a referral request (which I already had) and that for the annual, it was gonna be moved to a spot 15 min earlier. Dr Edwards is fantastic he listens and cares and tries to make you feel better. Always suggests healthy lifestyle before medications and I appreciate that. USA needs more docs like him.

Very disappointed that doctors have left this practice and location over the past couple years. Dr. Thibert was an amazing PCP, she made me feel heard, safe, and provided so much knowledge to live a healthier lifestyle. As I called to scheduled an annual visit I found out she was leaving the practice this month without notice, and no other primary doctors are taking new patients at this location near to me. NO fault of Dr Thibert but the feeling of having to start all over is stressful enough. This rating is solely on the co... read more

I absolutely love Dr. Thibert, but the office staff is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced in a doctors office. I didn’t have access to the online patient portal for over a year and nobody had an answer for me, anytime I’d call nobody picks up and I have to leave a voicemail. Good luck getting a returned call within a reasonable time. Communication skills seem to be very unimportant here, so keep that in mind if you decide to be seen by a doctor here.
