Incredible experience. The receptionist Emily was so wonderful to talk to and work with. I had to book a telehealth for my mum on Saturday when our standard doctor was unavailable. Emily helped to get it all sorted despite a packed schedule and despite hotdoc issues. The doctor was great and addressed all concerns and helped put together a clear plan forward. Thank you guys!
Incompetent doctor could barely speak english or even put gloves on to treat my cut hand, she had absolutely no idea what she was doing. I had to go to another practice where they stitched my hand up How on earth is she a doctor. Also the doctors use an AI listening app when you speak to a doctor they dont disclose this with you.

I just had an appointment with Dr. Buhary, He was fantastic, listened attentively, asked great questions and had a genuine interest in my medical requirements. The receptionist I spoke to today was also super polite and knowledgeable!
Dr Buhary is someone I could not rate highly enough, he is kind and caring. I couldn’t get an appointment with him on short notice so booked in with their female doctor, Dr Saleem. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and waited. The reception staff were talking about me like I wasn’t even there, sitting no more than a few feet away. Turns out Dr Saleem wasn’t even in the practice, she was elsewhere.. so I was handballed to a different doctor, Dr Ismail.
