Giving 2 stars for my favourite doctors, Dr Tse and Dr Darko. They are the most caring and attentive doctors and genuinely care about us. That's where it stops. My family and extended family have been coming here for years and ever since the owners have changed the quality has gone downhill. Where is the care/ Where is the compassion? The majority of Doctors here give exceptional clinical care (be selective about who you choose to see though as there are a couple of clinicians that are at best incompetent) – if this review was based solely on the ongoing hard work of the clinical staff it would be a 4 star rating! The facility is immaculate and the COVID Safe Plan implemented is second to none - that's the upside.
