The majority of Doctors here give exceptional clinical care (be selective about who you choose to see though as there are a couple of clinicians that are at best incompetent) – if this review was based solely on the ongoing hard work of the clinical staff it would be a 4 star rating! The facility is immaculate and the COVID Safe Plan implemented is second to none - that's the upside. If I could give zero stars I would have. Extremely rude phone staff. I had a telehealth appointment booked and as the system wasn't allowing me to upload my card the staff member provided no alternative so that I could keep my appointment. She then carried on to say it was "my fault" even though I have an active credit card that unfortunately there new payment system isn't recognising. She then continued on the trajectory of "this isn't our fault" despite it in fact being an internal system error on their part. She then hung... read more
