The majority of Doctors here give exceptional clinical care (be selective about who you choose to see though as there are a couple of clinicians that are at best incompetent) – if this review was based solely on the ongoing hard work of the clinical staff it would be a 4 star rating! The facility is immaculate and the COVID Safe Plan implemented is second to none - that's the upside. If I could give zero stars I would have. Extremely rude phone staff. I had a telehealth appointment booked and as the system wasn't allowing me to upload my card the staff member provided no alternative so that I could keep my appointment. She then carried on to say it was "my fault" even though I have an active credit card that unfortunately there new payment system isn't recognising. This practice has been a wonderful caring clinic which I have attended for probably about 30 years. During this time I have had the same wonderful Doctor Peter who genuinely cared about my welfare.. Unfortunately,the practice changed hands in 2024. The reception staff has completely changed and are rude and unfriendly. Fortunately, some of the doctors from the original practice have remained and they continue to give good service, but I wouldn’t count on many of them remaining.
