The majority of Doctors here give exceptional clinical care (be selective about who you choose to see though as there are a couple of clinicians that are at best incompetent) – if this review was based solely on the ongoing hard work of the clinical staff it would be a 4 star rating! The facility is immaculate and the COVID Safe Plan implemented is second to none - that's the upside. Always good and thorough service.
They charged me $30 for a 3 minute phone call where the doctor just told me to book another appointment with her (which I did through the reception team after the call ended). It was a ridiculous money grab. Don’t go here - I was not impressed
I just want to thank Jenny who assisted me on the phone today. I was not feeling great with after a bug bite, she was emphatic even they did not have any available, she tried her best to help me. Thank you
