I moved into street just around the corner 12 months ago. I have to still travel 3 suburbs over to see a GP who is only available two days a week because these doctors apparently aren’t taking ‘New Patients’. There seems to be no waiting list and the receptionist just keeps telling me they aren’t taking new patients. I’ve been in there four times asking in last 12 months. So I think we need to gather some perspective here. This clinic is a Bulk Billing Clinic. The doctors & staff work very hard & are constantly under the pump. If you are making an appointment, be prepared to wait a little bit. They have patients who don’t turn up to appointments & they have patients who go overtime on a standard appointment. They try to keep everyone happy, but it’s a juggling act! I think, if you’re going to complain about punctuality, be prepared to pay for your appointment. I have been a patient of Dr. Thai Nguyen for nearly 2 years . During that time he has been receptive to my Medical conditions & needs. He is very thorough & goes above & beyond. . He has an excellent bedside manner which I sincerely appreciate. The Reception & Nursing staff are also very pleasant & caring . I am most impressed.
Dr J Mckenna has been family doctor to my parents for over 40 years he is amazing very caring and understand my parents needs at 79 and 81
