I started off as a patient with Dr. **** *** Madjlessi, DDS,MSD,PA at Doctors of Dental Medicine Affiliated with The Smilist Dental on January of 2025.Since then, Ive been back and forth between my insurance and this provider.The staff are extremely rude and show true contempt for the patient.They forgot to charge me for diagnostics to be sent for insurance for reimbursement.I only found out about the charges by seeing the explanation of benefits.The office claimed they filed the claim for the ultimate procedure several time... read more
